I've been craving for some Japanese lately but too lazy to go to any ventures nearby. So me and my friend Eka decided to make our own Chawanmushi. A simple hot appetizer perfect to fill our tummy on this gloomy weather.

I have no idea what Chawanmushi is but it looks really yummy!

DeleteChawanmushi is a type of non-sweet egg custard. It's a steamed food and perfect for gloomy cold weather. :)
You're living in Bali right? I guess you could find one in Japanese restaurant like Sushi Tei.
