As part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, no wonder Ruínas de São Paulo or most commonly known as Ruins of St. Paul's is the landmark to-go. Official open time is 9 am to 6 pm, but I suggest you make a morning effort to come here before it get super crowded and hot in the day.
Underneath the façade there lies The Museum of Sacred Art and Crypt which more like a showcasing area, and adjacent to this ruins is the more thorough Macao Museum inside the Fortaleza do Monte. Don't forget to try the Portuguese Egg Tart while enjoying the view of this beautiful façade.
Lovely photos! I visited here too during my trip to Hong Kong :D Lucky when you were visiting Macau it wasn't as hectic when I went. It was crowded EVERYWHERE and difficult to take good pictures!
